Healthy living? why not!

Hi, what's up today? I have a lot of positive energy from the beginning of the day! However, today I would like to focus on a healthy living a little bit. As you probably know, I'm quite interested in it. I like feeling good. I'm trying to eat better than before. It's not en easy piece of cake for me. I've always had  a problem with the proper diet. To be honest, I just love food, especially sweets (yummie!). However, I have to keep an eye on it to be in a good mood every day. What's more, I'm trying to do regular exercises to keep me fit. I love running, as probably I mentioned before. Unfortunately, I had some problems with my leg some time ago and I was forced to stop running at all. Fortunately, I can come back to my love now and I do it. In addition, I like spending time at the gym, especially in my hometown. When I care about my diet and regular exercises, my attitude to life changes in one moment. The positive thinking is the key to success. As you can see below, there are some links between these things. As a result, we get a healthy life - ENJOY IT!

Take care! :)

Water?

Hi everyone, what's up? It's sunday - just like a nightmare. I really don't like sundays and the reasons are simple and very-known. However, the purpose of this note isn't to complain (as a typical Pole). As I mentioned before, in the previous note, I'm on a diet and I'm interested in it. Today, I would like to present you the benefits of drinking water. Why it's so important for our health? Water helps to lose weight. I think that the majority of women want to lose some kilograms, so it's good to know that water can help us a liitle bit. What's also important, the skin condition is getting better. Water can help with fighting infections and also getting rid of body toxins. In exchange for drinking water, we get a helathy heart. In addition, it prevents joint pains, arthritis and constipations. Reffering to health, water reduces risk of cancer. Finally, we're more productive and have a lot of energy. What's the conclusion? I think that drinking water has only the advantages. I higly recommend water as a basic of our diet. I couldn't imagine the day without it, this is my small addiction. According to scientists, the adult should drink about 2 litres water per day - I suppose I drink too much! :)

Take care!

Laziness...

Hiya, how are you today? I'm ok, but I feel a little bit tired. I finished my classes really early in comparison to other days. I really like Wednesdays, cause the whole afternoon is mine. I can feel free and do whatever I want to. To be honest, I don't think that I'm a lazy type of person. However, if I have some free time, I take advantage of it as much as I can! I spent my afternoon in an active way. However, I want to focus on my diner, which I prepared by myself (with a little help my friend). I really didn't have any idea, but my friend loves chicken in any form, so we decided on it. It was my first time when I has been preparing steamed chicken. In general, steaming may not be the first thing that springs to mind when deciding how to cook chicken, but I'm on an endless diet, so dishes like that are perfect for me. I used a lot of spices, such as curry, pepper, basil and other green stuff. I was really surprised, because I expected something as dry as bone. In fact, it was really delicious! That's why I ate too much, but I didn't have enough strength to burn an additional calories. I will do it tomorrow :)

Yep! That's enough for today.
Take care!

My version: I love being lazy & doing everything that makes me happy :)

Let's start!

It's perfect time to say hello! At the beginning, I would like to explain the main topics of this blog. So, I don't want to focus on some particular one, but I will be trying to choose these onces, which are interesting for me. I'm especially interested in photography and healthy lifestyle - dietetics, cooking and sport in general. In addition, I love travelling and getting to know other countries, cultures and their habits. Probably I will share with you some of my pics in the next posts. I think it's enough for the beginning.

Take care!
